Hey, I did this very same swap in my '69 GS California. The crossmember & transmount are the same on Muncies and TH350's. Pedals are the same for Buick, olds and some Pontiacs & Chebbies. Your best bet is to find a 442 that still has pedals. Or talk to Racebuicks for a repo kit. The actuator rod is different and is Buick specific. Others can be made to work, but the pedal pressure will be wrong. Z-bar is also BBB specific. The link rod from the Z-bar to the clutch arm can be fabbed out of 3/8 threaded rod, and easilly adjusted for length. Bellhousing is common to all BOP A-body models, should look for someone parting a GTO. New Parts: Flywheel = T/A Performance, about $300 bucks or so. Clutch assy = RAM, about $175 or so, the is a HD 11" application Throwout Bearing = long style Muncie linkage kit = YR1, for a '65 GTO w/Hurst Super Shifter Carpet set = ACC Auto carpets, 4 speed specific Floor hump = YR1, '68/69 GTO Shifter boot & ring = '68/69 GTO Pedal pads = YR1, '68/69 GTO Call if you have questions 608-963-4996 Jim '69 GS California 455 Stage 1/Muncie 4 speed/3.31 12 bolt "Used to pass everything until I blew up my muncie" [Too much torque]
