Ordered my plug wires about 9 months ago...opened the box up yesterday just before fire up and discovered they were the wrong type non hei wires....AAAARRRGH ...so I went to 6 parts stores and nobody had a set of Hei tipped Buick wires ...I ordered some from Summit last night ...they should be here Thurs- so Im shooting for Saturday again for the initial fireup.....If anybody needs a set of Accel +300 8.8 wires let me know....I cant return these-no receipt .....black wires with straight red plug boots for non hei Dist brand new in the box......J.

John, That bites man, good things come to those who wait! At least that's what I tell myself when stuff like that happens to me. I'll ask around about the wires see if anyone I know could use them. I guess this gives you another week to check everything a third and fourth time prior to firing! Doug

Bill is good, tinkering around with a few different projects. The T-boned lark is still sitting, the dent is gone, but need to finish the body work, and change out the transmission, but I'm not in a hurry, even though this will be my sons car when he gets his license next year, so I need to work on it, but the convert. race car demands all my attention! Sorry Doug, not exactly sure where or when we have met. So Cal. GS Club get together? The race track, I think it may have been at the track.....I think I have the youngest case of alzhimers, 41 in dog years! Convert. is alive, and running pretty good, taking it out to Barona 1/8th mile drags on Friday night, and then off to Las Vegas for the Pinks All Out Sept. 7-8th! I can't wait...... Gary
