I've bought 2 this year. The last one was for my N-25 car. I took it to the local shop to fix the tail pipes so they could exit through the bumper. This guy is a true pro. He has been doing custom work for many years. I pick up the car and was amazed. The pipes don't even show unless you bend over and really look. He cut the final bend off the tails and added 8 inches to them along with 2 aftermarket chrome tips. It fit and looked great.
This man has installed many 3" kits over the years and he was amazed with the quality of the kit you guys sell. He wrote your number on the wall for future A-Body cars.

    Good job guys.

I also bought the 3" pre-bent kit from TA and my neighbour/mechanic installed it at his shop. He was very impressed with the fit too and he's picky! :TU:

Got some pics from when I got it home. I threw in a picture showing the clearance of the TA headers too.

Sorry, but I was asking for pics of how the OP (pooods) modified his TA tailpipes to fit his N25 bumper. :TU:

Awesome fit too for the Riviera, except for this one area where I had to cut the down pipe and rotate it up a little for a little extra ground clearance. If my car was not lowered a little bit and was stock height, I'm sure it would have been alright. I also checked with a manometer while driving for the best placement of the pipes. Ideally you want to be ware there is the most negative pressure. I have to say TA nailed it. I didn't have to adjust a thing, the pipes landed in the exact spot of highest negative pressure. Great job Mike. :TU:

I have used both TA and Torque Tech in the past.
Torque Tech with an H-Pipe and TA with an X-Pipe.
Now I use the 3" TA pipes on my 1970 Skylark.
Both sets of pipes are GREAT!
The fit and quality is a draw.
I do give the TA pipes a visual advantage for the slash cut tailpipe. I think the slash cut tailpipe looks way better. Great job TA Performance!!
Torque Tech only makes turn down tailpipes.
I will add. TA customer service blows Torque Tech away.
