Hi good folks, after some advice.
I fitted a 1968 350ci that came with a 2 bbl manifold. in order to get me up and going i used an adapter to enable the use of my 4bbl Holley. It seems to work ok however i'd prefer to fit a 4bbl manifold.
at some point in te past i have a gained a later 4bbl manifold that i had in mind to use , however its from around 1978 - 80 ( i think) and it is a little different ( see photos, 2bbl photo off the internet) , i'm thinking the extra cut out is a cooling duct although i stand corrected on that.
My questions are, in short can i use this 4bbl manifold and block off the waterway, if so whats the best way to block it off ?
    and
If it's a no go does anyone have a 4bbl manifold i can have ? A brand new aftermarket one is out of my pocket i'm afraid.
    Thanks in advance

There should not be coolant in those center ports. The intake should work fine.
