Update: Well the Automotive Machine & Performance Boyz made the Buick Community proud on Thursday with the "Lil 400". After the mandatory warm-up and three back-to-back qualifying dyno pulls, the motor made an AVERAGE of 480 HP and 419 Lb-Ft. of torque from 2500-6500 RPM on their three competiton pulls !!! Anyone care to guess what the peak HP and torque were on these pulls ?......now mind you this is with 10.38 CR, a flat-tappet cam, and Shell V-power 93 octane fuel. The answer is.......I'll wait for some guesses first
Babeola was close 610 HP and 536 torque. and yes it is streetable I posted a few more details on 400/430/455 street and strip
I don't get it The PHR website says: HP 421 and Torque 483 So I don't understand: HP 610 and torque 536 Jay
So, how does that compare to the other engines that were ran there? Congatulations are in order for AM&P no matter what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mike D.
