the 2006 Buick Nats for the BCA will be held in Rochester Minnesota June of 2006, all will be welcome, we invite especially the performance group and pro cars to show. the show field is all grass and under the trees of Rochester's city Park. the swap meet will be AIRCONDITIONED in the Rochester Mayo arena, no Hot Pavement to sit on. Hotels are to be guaranteed for a low price at city participation in the event. Sorry no Drag Strip like GS Nats but would like to have a big turnout for the Modified class and performance division. we are a club of 25 year experience and have had national events before and infact have help greatly with many other clubs to run their nats, plan to put on a great time, Will have my stage 1 Electra built custom and modified 455 Apollo there too., bring the whole family the club here has many kids and welcome all kids to enjoy with mom and dad , they are our future buick holders to what we have now, see you there
will post date soon just received notice from Texas Board meeting of BCA that Minnesota won the right to host the nats for 2006 believe its is the 3rd or 4th week end of June but will notifiy, will contact member who has infor as soon as they are back from last weekends Texas Nationals.
Colorado Springs was the other contender for the 2006 meet. Although I think it would be neat to visit there, it would be really tough for 13 members to pull it off. I think that's why they voted on Rochester. ... I'm definitely not complaining! I would love to see both chapters host a national!:TU:
well here are the dates, July 12-16 2006 for Minnesota meet BCA, Hope the colorado people are not upset, as Most members know the nationals are work and do tend to need about 150 work spaces plus at 4 hours each usually to pull of a National meet. would be glad to invite all colorado members to just come and relax and have a great time.
Don't forget the 2005 BCA Nats are in Batavia, NY. That is about halfway between Buffalo and Rochester (New York) and only 25 minutes from my house...:TU: I can't wait and I hope some of the BPG and V8Buick members are going to show up..... :beer
please note not a GS Nat, this is BCA this is a BCA nationals not the GS nats, the gs nats tends to stay in Bowling Green Kentucky, but would still like to have you attend a 400 pt show event
