    Everyone,
Just wanted to note that we changed the voting deadline to December 31, 2004. This will give the people that do not frequent the computer time to vote.

I vote for option 3. I like a judged show better than a show n shine, but even as a participant, I found myself without enough time to really look at each car and judge each class in the popularity vote style. I think it's all about seeing more Buicks and this should open up the door for more "daily drivers" and even the fun stuff that isn't quite done but still cool to look at.

Duane...I like option #3. Who needs a trophy. They become dust collectors in six months anyway. Lets take the money we save on trophys and put it to use in some other area.

    Hey Duane

I went to the Nationals this year to race my car. It was a real pain to have so sit and wait for the showing to be over. I didn't show my car because I was working on it.
Say the show starts at 9:00 in the morning, show ends at 12:00. dismiss the cars from the staging lanes so that they could be opened for racing.
Advise all ballets MUST be in by 12:30. The collected balets can be counted and say at 2:00 the track will close for 1 hour.
Have the winners drive there car up for the pass down the track.

Please don't get me wrong There were a LOT of beutiful cars there to look at. I was AMAZED at the concorse cars.

I realise this was our first one, and I had a GREAT time. I look forward to attending again next year. It can only get better!

    Mke,
That arrangement has been discussed, and may be put into place next year. The question I have is, are you voting for any particular Option?

Hi Duane, It Was Nice Talking To You The Other Night. I Told You I Wasnt Going To Vote Because I Didnt Make It To Salem This Year. Well You Talked Me Into It,ill Be There In 05. I Choose Option #3. I Love To Show My Car And I Think It Just Relaxes Everybody If They Dont Have Such A Compitition Between Everybody. Lets Just Enjoy Everybodys Company And Everybodys Cars. Who Cares Whos Is The Most Shiny Or Whos Is More Optioned Out. They Are All Awesome Thats Why We All Drive Them.i Love To See Them All,so If We Are Not Judging Maybe We Can Get More People To Bring Thier Drivers Out. It Doesnt Matter If It Is Not Super Clean Or It Has Rock Chips Or A Rip In The Seat.bring Them All. Thanks Ken Smith Bpg# 1182

Being from the west I don't ever get a chance to head back east for any meets so my input would have to be classified as MOOT. But if I had a vote, I'd have to go with option #4, ie; Concours judged and all other classes celebrity (sponsors pic or whomever) judged 1st place only. 2nd choice is #3.
