I am new on board and had no idea there was a Buick site out here as rich in content as this one. I guess I will be spending a lot more time here. I bought my second Buick a year ago. It is a Stage 1, 4 speed. I got lucky and was able to buy from the original owner. I am also a long time Pontiac person and never thought I would buy anything eles until my friend purchased a GS 455 convertible. I was impressed to say the least. I just want to take the opportunity to say hello to everyone out there.

    hammerhead,

Great to have you join the board!:beer
If you could sign your firsst name on your posts so we know who we're talking to, it would be appreciated. It's a big fraternity here, and everybody knows each other.

Also, since you have a Stage 1, you'll want to talk to Marco about registering it with him. Here's his website:

You are right, this board has THE richest content and information available on the internet. The folks here know what they're talking about, too...so don't hesitate to ask any questions. If you have a pic of your car, post it! We'd like to see it:)

Welcome aboard 'Hammerhead'! You'll find out soon enough how addicting this board can really be :Brow:

We need to document the surviving factory Stage1 cars. If you have any questions/concerns about registering your GS, please e-mail me. Thanks!

PS - Thanks for the Stage1 registry plug Adam!

Hammerhead, any chance you could post some pictures of your stage? Sounds like a very cool car, I'm interested in hearing more about it!

Yes, I will post some today. The only problem is that I have no software on this computer to down size them. I do have an email setting on the camera. I will try to post them using that setting. Maybe that will work.

    Thanks.

You can email the pics to Chris Lott or I, and we can resize them and post them for you...if you'd like.
