  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

I got the car back from the guy doing my body work on Tuesday night( Ill update my other thread with pics later)Spent several hours on Wed installing the weather striping and Thursday cleaning all the body shop dust out of the car getting ready for the monthly club cruise in.
One of the Regs at the cruise drives this old"Cracker Cadillac" rat rod. I believe it has a 350SB. Nothing to it so I know its light should be quick. As the cruise ended we were all filing out and he was behind me coming out of the parking lot onto a 4 lane US129. We pull up side by side at the next light and I see Bob jump his car a little and grin at me Its On! We both drop into low and bring up the RPM's. Light turns green and we leave together. The Riv starts pulling ahead I hear the home made open headers on his rat singing. I shift into second at 5000 rpm and the Riv squats in the rear and jumps a 1/2 car on him instantly, she just keeps pulling. passing 80mph I get out of it and shift 3rd. Bobs about 4 car lengths back. were comming up into town so play time is over. he pulls along side at the next light gives a thumbs up and makes his left turn toward home. The rest of the way to the house I'm thinking Man I love my car!
    Bobs rat pictured below.
