    He broke down going to meet me . Said alt went out so we pushed it back .

    Seen it , drove it and didn't even make an offer ..... Unless it's your dream car and willing to fully restore or you want a ruff driver and have a lot of money :Dou:

    That's why I gave it the value I did. I contacted the guy around the same time you did and the car seemed to have a lot of issues. Based on some of the responses o your thread I though it best you see for yourself. There are some nice ones out there, be patient!

    YEP , I DIDN'T EVEN MAKE OFFER IN MY MIND IT'S A 7 K CAR . REBUILT TOP END MEANS NEW HEAD GASKETS :eek2: , IN HIS MIND ...........

    Keep your eye out or ask Tim to find you one. I have known Tim since first meeting him at Autozone Parking Lot in Bowling Green for GS Nats and I barely had my license for a year :Brow: He bleeds Buicks and is always texting me links to Buicks and parts for sale. He just found a friend of mine a mint bench seat for 87 T and my buddy is blown away. Mark L too he has a penchant for finding sweet Tri Shields as well. The cult following and tight knit group of these cars as well as the unselfishness to help one another is the reason why I have always loved these cars and Buicks in general. Be patient in finding a nice TR they are out there but it will take time as many have been cut up and made into drag cars etc.
