I have a 350 4 barrel that is in a 1976 LeSabre free to anyone who wants it. The only catch is that it comes with the rest of the car. The motor has never been apart and you can see and hear it run with only 49,844 original miles on the car. The front clip has been sold as has the steering column. It's a trailer home special (sorry no title) my brother lost it. The interior is very very nice and maybe you can make some money on some its components. The car is located just north of Indianapolis, IN the body panels are pretty much rusted out.
It is a Michigan car so it is rusty. Low budget car so it is an open rear don't know the gears. Email me with your address and I'll email pics to you. thanks,
Gahh... Steve you're killing me... lol I don't think my wife would like me bringing that one home. I might just sneak up there and sticky finger that exhaust manifolds though. :Brow:
It's a light tan colored car (we'll call it an autumn color) just park it under a tree let the leaves gently cover her and you're golden!
SWEET! it is yours my friend shoot me an email address and I'll forward info on where I'm located. thanks! Steve
I would take the rest of the car without the engine and tranny if you dont want the body shaggy. Im in central IL, and may need the frame if it is in ok shape. Could also use the bumpers and windsheild. Have any pics of the car so I can see what all I can use off of it. That is if you want to part with the body of the beast of coarse..................Thanks, Mike.
That may be an option. I'll have to get back to you once I get it home. One thing is for sure, it's going to be cramping my style in the garage, so it won't be hanging around very long. Maybe Steve can post a picture for you. I haven't seen it yet. My wife just laughed when I told her about picking it up. She didn't even seem bothered at all. I wonder what this is going to cost me.
I haven't a clue on how to post pics on the site but shoot an email to me at buick1970@aol.com and I'll send several pics your way. the glass is good, the interior is very nice (radio and steering column were sold) but seats, door panels, headliner, etc etc are in great shape. This car was owned by an 85 lb woman who couldn't have been more than 4-1/2 feet tall. Has both driver and passenger chrome mirrors in pretty good shape too.
