Thanks for posting Chris. Nice colors IMO. I like that year. Decent price. Interesting it has been on CL 3 weeks with no takers.
Very niche market for these, which is too bad, this one looks to be in excellent shape. What more could a guy want? 455 power, loaded to the nines, more square-footage than a mini-van, and once all the seats are down you should be able to get a sheet of plywood in there... If it didn't aggravate my wife's PTSD over her childhood and it was closer, I'd go look at it.
Mileage is conveniently omitted. It's also a bit of a Plain Jane visually. Not sure how "loaded" it is either. It still shouldn't sit long as wagon that clean are hard to come by.
I saw that too - mileage omitted. If he has been trying to sell it for a while - am I the only person that lowers price on cars I am trying to sell? If he is not lowering the price, does that mean there is a buyer out there at his asking price?
Well, multiple exposures and no change in price is the definition of insanity; doing the same thing over again and expecting a different result. I saw A/C and power windows, would appreciate a power seat and some other do-dads to make it interesting. Did these things still come with the ersatzt lumber on the sides, or was that primarily a Ford thing by then?
Good looking wagon in my opinion. These get destroyed in demolition derbies in my part of the country every summer. Not ratty ones either, some are pretty nice. I don’t get it.
