Sounds like it found a good home.

    Does it run good?

I tex him and he said 3k. An hour later it was on the trailer. Seem to run out good so far. Has a big block and short shaft 400. Disc brakes. Was originally bamboo with white top and white buckets. That’s what I’ve deciphered off the body tag. Rear spoiler could be from an x. See some yellow on it. Has glass hood and chin spoiler. Chevelle front door panels. Console is from 73-77 cutlass. Body is actually not to bad looks like it had been in Alabama for a while. Who knows what I’ll do with it but for the price I thought it was a no brainer

So I have to ask. Do you know who made the hood? Is it quality? Looks good from here. Someone that invested in a glass hood had a plan. Great score for three grand. Three grand is a console lately.

Glasstek is the hood. It’s the bolt on type and still opens like a stock. No hood pins.

Checked the drive train today. Has 430 on the back of the block. Carb # 7040246-dist # 1112016 and bc code trans. I know the 430 is 69 any idea about the carb dist and trans?

You hit the jackpot if those aren’t restamps. 70 stage 1 carb and distributor numbers.

Cool ! If the carb and distributor are Stage 1 , you could sell those off making your car free !

Compressor and lines gone. A/c box cracked. Heater core bypassed. It’s not all good with this car but overall very happy
