If an original Tuscon car it's possible that the sheetmetal is super clean. If so, probably well worth the $ if nothing else, just in parts. Would be fun to fly out & drive back too!
Looks like some 72 touches (bumpers, grille, etc.) ; carb fire maybe?! $7200 for a convert makes you want to at least want to take a look .
