Close to the same, but not the same. This is the AMC 70 4300.... D0FF on base... Denotes D = 1970's (Decade) 0 = 1970 FF = is more or less the AMC designation. The first F means Foriegn which I take it as Foreign to the FOMOCO makes. Second F is for general parts They are close with slight vacuum port and jetting differences...
