    Thx. for posting.

Without any documentation, it's all just heresay & ppl swore it was a 350 car orig. so the heresay is worth...

At least a close-up pic of that data plate so we can speculate on the low body # (?), lol.

Personally, if/when I ever own a '71-2, I'd want any color but white unless it was a factory black vinyl top car.

Guy swears the frame VIN matches and it's got the right BB code. But still..... Lotta work there.

Makes me wonder if he pulled the body off the frame to read the VIN on the frame. I know the frame has been redone, but we didn't have this tidbit of information when it came up for sale the first time.

Said he couldn't afford to get it started on the restoration b/c of covid and didn't want it to sit until he could...... so maybe they cut the floor out and had to stop?

Here is a close-up picture of the body trim tag:

Body number is 000795 for a car with a build date of 1st week of March 1971

Thx. So it's "something" SCO. Tbh, it's probably the real deal but we also know the deal w/'71s and w/o docs it could "just" be a rear spoiler car. Not that anything SCO isn't exciting & rare but...

The headers look like they may be original M/T's with the 3 bolt flange?

    I think orig MT's had 4 bolts.

Sounds like he’s including a ton of new parts! If the new bumpers, brakes etc are all included it could be a good deal?

You'd have to ask if all those parts are new or if they are the originals. Pics show original parts.

Would agree with you… since I was going off memory. The two are definitely different though.I remember mixing both at one point in my life, and one of the two used quite a bit more black tint in the formula.
Now I’m curious, when I get back to my store this morning I’ll take a look.

Yes, in 1970 paint code 10 was Glacier White but Buick gave it a new name, Apollo White, when it was used on the GSX to match up with the trendy Saturn Yellow name.
