https://www.ebay.com/itm/2561193465...vDH9HyUReO&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY Beautiful car. Not mine. BTW, anyone heard of a Coca-Cola edition?
I have requested Documentation proving it’s a GSX and or Soda edition . Bunch of Mallarchy, so much going on with out adding to the BS with a fictional model/ edition. try and sell it for what it Is and hopefully get $25,000, or make **** into Fantasy and ask $80,000? Nut case huffing paint.
From FB some time ago: "1970 Buick GSx clone. Coca Cola Edition with a GS 350 engine, the car is well maintained, everything original! The vehicle has 85k miles, has AC just need to be worked on but everything on the car works and drives great, no rust & interior is great condition!! Make an offer!" From here, some time ago... https://www.v8buick.com/index.php?threads/1970-buick-gs-coke-a-cola-edition.371169/
Only actual Coke cars I have seen is this add for 69 GS 400s. I am thinking with the resources they have , that they would have gone with a red , black , white or combination of those colors for the interior if customized if that 71 was the real deal.
I'm confused, this coke Buick is a Clone, yes? I noticed the headlight trim is chrome, GSX's I've ever seen have the headlight trim painted same color as the car, isn't that right? Also, thought all GSX's came with a floor console? How does a 70 become a 71? Why would anyone try to sell a clone as the real thing? Back in 2021, I ran into an Ad that was selling a 1970 yellow GSX with an LS engine. I wrote to the seller and it turned out to be a scam. I found the car on another Ad for sale. VET (Navy)
I checked to see if there was one for the books, and sure enough, the 1970 GS350 Limited Coca Cola Collector Edition Registry does show this cherry-on-top documented masterpiece as having all the GSX options. You can always spot one of these in the trailer park by the tell tale spare tire cover: Be sure to download this baby immediately as I inadvertently clicked the "Crush It Now" eBay option. Does anyone want ranch with their adjective word salad?
Nothing like giving away your own load of fecal matter in the ad: Manufacturer Exterior Color Deep Blue Metallic
I guess it could be...its pretending to be a gsx and bud light pretends to be a beer. It's also advertised by someone pretending to be a woman
It's not a GS or a GSX. It's a Skylark. People try to sell, as "The real thing™" because they can get more money.
So, do you think this is a scam? Reason why I ask, I was being scammed to buy a 70 GSX which has an LS2 Corvette engine. Fantastic looking ProMod. Easily, a $120,000 build. The lady who was selling the Buick said she was in the U.S. Army and stationed in Iraq. The GSX, was stored in Montana. She was asking, I believe $50 or $60k. I knew that was all wrong. Send money and I will send you title and keys, will ship you the GSX. I thought all this was hokey because I asked for a local contact at the local police office that could confirm all was on the up and up. Never got a reply again. From the pictures she sent me, on the rear window is a sticker that had an Ad about a road touring event. I searched this event and found a pic of the yellow GSX and from the write-up on it, it was owned by somebody else and was NOT for sale. SCAM!!!!
