    It never fails I just found a car I wanted made the deal after weeks waiting for the car to show up soon hopefully and then ......HEY MA LOOK A 70 GS RIV FOR 7K...... another episode of the life behind car guys who have a list;):D

    Wow, I prefer the '66-67's but I like it. The '70's have grown on me & look good when they're nice, but really bad when they're not. This one looks good & if really 99% rust-free, seems like a pretty good deal.

    Is about 1½ hrs. from me @OHC JOE - Could go look @ it for you:).

    Wow. A rare 70 Stage 1 Riv!? Really? I’d look it over good besides it not being a stage 1 car, looks like overspray on the chrome and the GS emblem is off. Maybe it’s just me

    I was wondering if it was the orig. color & of course the Stage 1 claim too...

    It looks like a legit GS, but is there such a thing as a "Stage 1" GS Riv in 1970??

    The one thing that really bothers me about this car is the radio hack job done on it.:mad:

    No such thing. Supposedly stage one heads and covers on some Rivis in the early years but no stage one cars were ever built.
