    Hey Everyone,
After having my car looked at and in the impromptu clinic in Columbus, I need to find a correct 1970 radiator. According to the 1970 assembly manual, page 11-4.3, the part number it calls for (3014623) can also be for a 350 car. The radiator should carry an "SJ" code.
Also looking for the heater hose clip/support that holds the hoses above the right side rocker cover. The one I managed to find is for a 1971-1972 car. The one for 1970 is shorter. Anyone want to trade???
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, along with your patience, I'm new at posting, and answering.
    Thanks Bill.

Bill the tag if is still present is embossed SJ and not the radiator. The radiator itself has CF embossed on the back of the passenger side tank and IA embossed on the back of the driver's side tank. At one time www.thepartsplaceinc was going to repro the retaining clip. Harrision is stamped on the passenger side edge.

    Jim,
Thanks for the information. The clip is gone. I have seen the "CF" on a radiator off of E BAY. I did not buy it because I thought it was wrong. I stand corrected. Thanks.

CF is is tank size and shape on the passenger side and IA is the same on the driver's side. For this 3 row series an IA size tank is usually on the driver's side. The sum of all the parts is the SJ on the tag. At least that is my story and I am sticking to it.

    Doug,
It looks correct but if the radiator cap mounts parallel to the ground then that is the rad that Bill needs. If the rad cap is angled around 30 degrees then it will not be for his year car. If you could check that I bet Bill would be grateful.

PS I am still looking for an "XS" radiator, if anyone has one.

Could be 70 or 71 depending on the options of the car. Duane was looking for one for his 71 GSX..
