1970 QQ GSX on bat

I think it stalls at $72K & doesn't reach the reserve...

 

General question- what is going on with the rear side panels? Is the glue separating from the cardboard backing? I think the car is stunning... Just curious on what was happening with those panels?

 

Gentlemen, I'd like to call your attention to "ChesapeakeChris" avatar, which is a picture of Madd magazine's mascot Alfred E. Newman. For those old enough to remember the magazine, it function was to create satire on popular culture, politics and public figures and a sense of chaos.

Just like the guy who says "it's not about the money" He "CC" only exists to post and create havoc here and on BAT. We should not answer a fool his folly.

We know 3 things come into play when buying classic cars. Condition, provenance and corroboration. Which would you put first? 'CC' places providence first and disregards the other 2 because he can create the most chaos by disputing it's existence, GS 455 vs Skylark vs Stage 1.

He is a TROLL baiting us into empowering his online life.

This whole thread has very very little to do with the GSX at question or the value or the merits of BAT but has everything to do with the Troll amongst us.
