Rick I got this out of a 70 Skylark or GS in the 1979 -80 era. It didn't have any issues that I knew of. I was going to put in in a Skylark convertible that didn't have cruise or tilt steering. I was 19 to 20 year old at that time. My priorities changed soon after that lol I got frustrated with UPS items that I shipped a little while ago. I got rebilled for a weight difference of approximately 25 lbs. They went by the size of the box instead of the actual weight. I have a little to learn with shipping. Do you have a shipper preference? Or want to set it up. I can go to USPS and see what it would be. I am planning on attending the GS Nationals in May and the BCA National in Ohio July I believe. I also do Spring Carlisle in April if that is a workable option. If you are working on your car for a winter project shipping probably works better. Thank you Jim
