1970 Buick GS 455 convertible

I am selling my all original 1970 GS 455 convertible. It has a clean Texas title. This barn find supposedly ran when parked and it still has the AC belt hooked up. The paint code is 48B; Sherwood green with a parchment bench seat interior and an ivory convertible top.

The GS sports 14 inch factory wheels, non-posi rear end, factory AC, power steering, power drum brakes, power windows and power locks.

I have the protecto-plate, the original owner's manual and the original owner's name to whom the GS was sold in Cleveland, Ohio.

The GS has rusted rockers, inner front fender wells, core support, bottom of the cowl and trunk. The front driver floor has been replaced and the rest looks good.

The photos show my replacement hood and fenders off another Skylark. The original hood and fenders have been found and I have them. I will post photos tomorrow with the original parts in place. I also obtained a complete floor pan and trunk pan that I will throw in with the GS depending upon the final price.

The GS is missing the rear seat and the original grill. The GS hood is in great shape as are the bottoms of the quarters, the deck lid and the doors. The fenders have a little rust at the bottoms. The GS does not appear to have been wrecked as it looks straight to me.

Included in the price is a restored frame that has disc brakes, new brake lines, 15 inch factory wheels, new springs and new front end parts.

$16,500 or best offer. I have a slew of photos available upon request.

    Thanks for looking.
    David

It might be easier to post your slew of photos now instead of getting inundated with messages.

    Ask me how I know.....

    Good luck with the sale!
