1970 buick 350 motor and 350 trans for sale

I'm posting for a friend. He has a video of the running motor. Just pulled from a 1970 Buick Skylark by a restoration shop. Asking $1400 or obo.

Codes on the engine? Was it original to the car? Has it been rebuilt?

Checked with the owner. No info on the rebuild. If you look at the video, the engine looks like new.

I'm out.

Too many inconsistencies.

Engine is rebuilt, but the owner doesn't have any information? "Looks brand new" - looks can be deceiving.

Have video of the engine. I'll see if I can find the video?

The car was recently purchased. The owner drove the car for just a few miles and had a shop drop in a 455. As I stated, it appears to have been rebuilt. New gaskets are evident. The motors runs. Make an offer based on that info. If there was documentation, the price would reflect same.
