they are not stage 1. I had these hot tanked and pressure tanked at boyettes machine shop in raleigh nc at the end last year or early this year will have to dig up receipt. they need work like seats guides ect. id go thru everything. there is pitting on the seats on some valves. id say put bigger valves in them. i did want them for my 75 but ill stick to the low compression heads. they are in zip 27863. heavy can ship but you pay for shipping pick up prefered. you can come look at them also 250$ OBO here is the link http://s161.photobucket.com/albums/...k 455 heads/?action=view¤t=01251641.jpg ive also got more 75 76 electra pars listed there also . ive got way to much stuff a 3 board members have seen.
