It seems that there are very few sets of parts left for the Four Piston Calipers in the front. That and it was rediculoustly expensive to find parts last time. Is there any way to modify the brakes to a more common type, I.e. newer without sacrificing braking performance? The car has collector plates on it, so it has to stay close enough to stock to convince the insurance agents when we renew.
Scarebird makes adapter plates. http://www.scarebird.com They use 71-76 Rotors from a Rivera and Calipers from a 1990 to 2003 Astro Van to make it a simple Bolt on with out any machine work.
