considering you can still find a nice 70 Stage-1 here for half as much I think the guy is smoking something.

Hello out there! Since I am in a good mood tonight I will translate it for you.I`ll do my best:

    Mileage: 70.000
    Automatic gearbox TH400
    400 cu:in V8 360 HP+
    Limited rear slip 3,42

    AM-FM Radio
    Rear Speaker
    Air-Cond
    Bucket-Seats

    Headers

This Hi-Performance Buick with the Stage 1 package is a rare car.Engine with high-lifting hydralic cam, cool air induction hood with double snorkels
on the air cleaner.Connected to a special designed hood intake.Automatic with an extra "disc"/reinforced for higher rpm(5.200) when changing gears.
    Larger double exhaust system.

The car was restored and painted 14 years ago by a professional car collector andhe was the 2nd owner.Factory paint still in the doors and under hood.Factory interior, carpet and headliner.Matching # on engine and trans.

I hope that you`ll understand my school english translation.Best Regards Peje

According to a friend of mine, it says, 400 ci" v8, but I am not mistaken, didn't the stage 1's have the 455, not the 400, making them the stage 1?

    staged70 RIP

69 Stage 1's came with a 400 not a 455. The 455 was new for the GS and the 69 Stage 1 is a rare bird but not 70K worth IMHO .

This dealer has been selling old American cars since the 70s. He is way high in his prices and sometimes I think he likes to show his cars more than selling them. Like this

ยด65 L79 Chevelle, it is nice and rare but expensive at $130K :eek2: :eek2:
