considering you can still find a nice 70 Stage-1 here for half as much I think the guy is smoking something.

According to a friend of mine, it says, 400 ci" v8, but I am not mistaken, didn't the stage 1's have the 455, not the 400, making them the stage 1?
69 Stage 1's came with a 400 not a 455. The 455 was new for the GS and the 69 Stage 1 is a rare bird but not 70K worth IMHO .
This dealer has been selling old American cars since the 70s. He is way high in his prices and sometimes I think he likes to show his cars more than selling them. Like this http://www.blocket.se/vi/10752489.htm?ca=14_s ยด65 L79 Chevelle, it is nice and rare but expensive at $130K :eek2: :eek2:
