1969 GS Door Panels light blue

Up for sale is a pair of light blue door panels which I believe are from a '69 GS. They came with the 68 skylark I bought, which I sold and now have no use for these. Overall they are in very nice driver shape. Typical wear down at the bottoms of both panels but they could be glued back tight. Chrome strips are nice. These are not brittle panels they feel firm. They need a good cleaning, but have great color. There is slight discoloration at the tops of the panels. Great panels for a driver. Asking $125 plus shippig from scranton, PA 18504

Was that a vent window car those came off of?

 

Vent windows are 68 only I think, and they have no hole for a vent crank. On the back they have "1969 GS 350" written on them which leaves me to believe they are from a 69.

How are the top window fuzzies and stainless?

 

The stainless is in really nice shape. The top rails are in great shape. The window fuzzies attach to the door, they are not part of the panels.

I think I will just carpet the bottom of mine for now.

I am not in the market, but I am now concerned about my eyesight, because unless I am losing it, these panels look black, not light blue?

It might be time for a doctors appointment. They are definitely blue. In all seriousness, it could just be the brightness on whatever source you are using to access the site.

 

Seriously though doesn't it look like black with a lot of light glare? My avatar is blue. LOL Panels are nice though. Good luck with the sale.
