So im rehooking up my battery but cant remember where the 2 wires on my - go. I think the small one went to alternator but unsure where they grounded the larger wire at.
Well the longer red wire, positive, goes to the starter. The shorter black wire, negative, goes to the bolt under the alternator. Are you suggesting the cables are missing?? The black wire is pretty standard, parts store wire, but the red wire is sort of a specialty wire. You could get a long cable but it would need to be routed carefully.
maybe it’s terminology?? That wire is not grounded. Are you asking how to install it on the starter posts?
