Well, I can proudly say that the 68 GS400 Known as the "Night Stalker" (Owned the Dehabey family) has been brought back to life.. It was found on Craigslist in Warsaw Indiana.. Saw the ad and made the deal happen.. It was bought as a roller.. So unfortunately the original motor in it.. Before Dan had passed away he pulled the motor and sold some of the parts.. His wife kept most of them.. Ran into her not to long ago and she claims she still has most of the parts that he took off. She said we were more then welcome to the parts.. Unfortunately we did not get her number and she was busy that day.. Have not seen or talked to her since and that was months ago.. Hoping she will surface at sometime.. The car will be put back to the original way that the family had it.. My father (current owner) helped work on it years ago.. So as many original parts as possible are going to be going back on the car.. Now to know of you that know the car.. We (The Vonderau family) currently have that, and also the 67 Skylark ( Black with White Kenne Bell Buick letters on the side.) Sadly, the paint was stripped off it. Some day in the near future, that will be put back on, and both the 67 and the 68 will be back on the street.. The Night Stalker will be back running low 8s in the coming months.. progress will be posted on my page.
