A very nice appearing '68 GS400 for sale in Bremerton Washington.
Not mine but I looked at it the other day and it looked good while driving by.

    Todd,

There's a lot going on with this car that the dealership selling it has tried to hide. Jim James, on this board, had been in contact with the dealership a few months ago.

Scotty Krone has a lot of information on it too.

Yes, it is a factory color... for a 2000-something Buick.

I've got lots of other pictures of that car. The guy who put it together (a couple of owners ago, I think) had it at the BOP races a few years ago. He took it out for a couple of passes down the track after having the motor installed.

I'm trying to go by memory, but I think Scotty told me that it was a 430 motor.

A 430 '69 motor, I believe is right and if I'm not mistaken it has decals on the motor of a 400. Jim

Jim, is there anything we should know about this car? I was toying with the idea of buying it for my wife. Really it would be for the wife, she like's the '68/69 body styles.

    Thank you,

    Todd,

Do you know Scotty Krone? He's a regular Buick racer at Bremerton. He did a lot of mechanical work on it. I think it was Bill(?) Brown who owned it when the pictures were shot.

A dial in of 16.18 with a 430? What gives? That's a horrible time. Driver? :Do No:

I like that color a lot on that car. That's a real sharp car. I would love to know what the tire specs are. They look great. I need new tires for my 69. They look like 15's though. I'm going with my nice 14's for now though.
