Working on converting my '68 Cutlass from power drum to power disc ('69-'72 conversion). My question is about the hose brackets that mount to the frame. It looks like '68 drum hose brackets had holes in line with each other and the new disc hose brackets won't match up with those holes. I have a '68 Buick frame that has the holes drilled like my Cutlass. I have a '71 in the shop also with drums, but it's brackets have the holes off-set like the disc brake hose brackets. So I must need to drill new holes to match up for the new brackets on a '68 frame? Make sense what I'm talking about?

Yes it makes sense, I checked on my 1970 GS w/disc (I belive from factory) bracket attach bolt goes in lower hole, bracket guide hole is maybe 3/4" higher and offset towards rear.
Good luck with your disc conversion.
