Has anyone installed rear discs on a Sportwagon? Will the kits work with the larger bearing? Thanks. Art
I don't know the difference but if the backing plates for the drums are the same, I'd have to guess the rear disc brackets would fit. It is the same kit for a 12 bolt or a 10 bolt. The rear caliper brackets bolt to the backside of the axle flange with the bolts that formerly held on the backing plates so unless the axle is larger or has a different bolt circle, it will fit. Now, using Buick wheels with some kits may be problematic so do some research. I can attest that the stock RightStuff kit will not fit unmodified with a stock 15x7 Buick wheel installed. A WG wheel might clear but I've not personally tried one.
