Bought my first buick at a swap meet about 2 months ago. Wasn't 100% sure it was a gs400 or not. Bought it anyway as it was a good price for a convertible in this shape.

Ran the vin on the door pillar and everything points to a true gs 400 vert.
--446677B100818 car had the last registration paper(1985) with the same vin, so all is good.
--has all the interior and exterior badges(except grille)
--has the center console with the tach.

Here is where I need the help:
--front grille is non-gs, headlight bezels have the cut out for the grille to fit in and the current grille fits in that cutout(probably special)
--Hood is non-gs and has the spear(probably special)
    --Engine is a 340-2
--buckets were replaced with later model highbacks(will probably put Procar lowbacks in eventually)

not sure how this came about(accident or replacement) but I want to get it back to the gs hood and grille. Would also like to get it to a 400 block, 400-430-455 is fine. It will be a driver.

Let me know what you got.
