I'm forced to sell my baby :ball: It's a black top blue skyark with a 300 eng. It has a bent push rod but I Have a freshly built 455 that came from a 1973 buick also has 400 tranny that goes with it. You can throw that in or rebuilt the 300 and leave it original. It has bench seat, the seats are in great shape. The inside is dark blue and light blue. I have a center console also was planning to throw in bucket seats but didn't get that far. I would like to get $5500 for the whole car. Parting out I don't wanna do this but i'm thinks about just parting her out. I want to see if there are enough folks here who need all or most of the parts on here. If i do parts it out 66gs1 already gots first dibs on all the trim. so tell me what your needs are for a 66 skylark that is complete.
If it's just a bent pushrod that led us to this point, get a new one at O'Reilly and fix it. It will take about an hour! I hate to see a decent car parted over a pushrod. Dan
more than that After replacing the push rod it was still making the same noise. so we droped the oil pan and seen all the rod bearing worn. If any one wants it whole i'll let it go for $2000. but if not i might have to part it out.
does the 300 have a 4 bbl carb and intake? is the GS hood in good shape with the inserts? i'm not sure what else i'm looking for right now but if i think of it I'll ask later thanks tucker
