Restored the factory 4 speed.. she is nice.. power steering issue.. With my gauge I am building no pressure. The pump worked before "i fixed it".. I pulled her apart for restoration, put in new seal kit.. These are not rocket science, rotary vein pumps.. nothing to them. I have pulled her out half a dozen times, opened her up looks great.. still to no avail no pressure.

Any idea's or does anyone know of an actual pump that will fit, I have read horror stories about shaft size being incorrect, brackets needing modified.. etc..

Just tired and want to drive her with power steering..

    Thanks

where the pressure line goes into the pump there is a relieve valve it might be stuck

I have had it in and out so many times I would hope that it was not stuck every time i reassemble. I do have two area's that the valve o ring could be applied, I just pulled it out and moved the o ring to the other area in hopes that I just made a mistake on location, but to no avail nothing changed. I am at my wits end.

Ya, pump putting out zero pressure.. I even questioned my gauge so I just pulled the hp line.. nothing.. valve seems to be free, removed installed multiple times.. just not sure and it appears no one has reman of this pump.
