That's a shame about his health. But here's another example of how easy it is to take a car apart, and how hard it can be to make progress on putting it back together. BTW, I could use a 66 Special/Skylark parts car with decent quarters, nice interior/ext chrome, buckets. I'm in eastern Pa.
Unfortunately this happens a lot & this one is likely destined to be a parts donor. I have 2 GS's that I bought apart. Both ironically w/supposedly rebuilt engines - We'll see. The easy part was done. Who knows what's missing. If I can save these two (both pretty rare examples) it's all part of my redemption for taking my GSX apart when I was 19 y/o (one of my few true regrets in life) & ultimately selling it like that. Current owner of the GSX just about has it finished.
