    Buickwagon Wagon's Rule!

Parting out a '62 Special Wagon. No engine, transmission or driveshaft. No front or rear seats. The car is completely disassembled with everything in boxes - all of the suspension pieces remain on the car including the rearend. The last time it was on the road was in 1977 - it was sitting outside since then and the body is pretty rough. I have most of the trim, lenses and exterior pieces including the roof rack, bezels, fender portholes, etc. All of the door and side window glass is in great shape - windshield and large rear hatch glass are cracked but the smaller rear hatch glass pieces are intact. All of the interior pieces have been labeled and removed including the instrument cluster, wiring, dash pieces and trim pieces. There are good front/rear bumper cores, quite a bit of stainless trim and it sits on (4) 15" 4-lug steel wheels.

The first couple of pictures show the car as I bought it. The remaining pictures show how it sits today. Car can be purchased complete or let me know what you're looking for and I'll see if I have it. Open to all offers and can help with delivery within a reasonable distance.

Car is located near Albany, NY.

Looks like that cars ready to be tubbed. You don't see many of those cars around.

Brian, that's exactly what I had in mind but after having it for almost 7 years and only getting this far with it, I thought it might be better to get it in someone else's hands. Plus I just picked up another project that needs a whole lot less in the way of work...

Save the steering wheel for me if you're just going to throw it away! (Is it as nice as it looks in the photos?)

Adam, the steering wheel is yours if no one wants the whole car. And it is pretty nice...

I'll take a look for the windshield washer reservoir tank this weekend and let you know. I'll also see how much it would cost to ship the wheels.

Are those 15 inch wheels still around or did Woody take them?

15" wheels have been sold. The car body has also been disposed of, so there are only a few items remaining that are available if anyone is interested:

    - grille
    - chrome trim for the leading edge of the hood
    - speedometer cable
    - cowl sheetmetal with screen
    - windshield wiper arms

I am interested in whatever you have left. Can you ship to 55082? If so how much $$ are you looking for?

Stacey, if you can send me a PM with your email address, I can send you some pictures of the parts I have left. And I'll come up with a price for everything shipped. It will probably be done this weekend if you can wait.

I don't have the rear bumper but I believe I still have the tail light lenses with the chrome bezel/trim. I'll dig them up and send you a few pictures.
