One 4 door I wouldn't mind owning: https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/cto/d/1956-buick-special/6637672815.html
If you described that car to me, when you said "painted bumpers" I would've cringed. But actually seeing it, it really kinda works with what they've done IMO. Pretty slick ride, I'd own it.
If you described that car to me, when you said "painted bumpers" I would've cringed. But actually seeing it, it made me throw up a little. It is no secret I am not a fan of customs, but I can at least appreciate good workmanship and artistry, but there is absolutely none of that there at all. It's a mess.
When I first saw the title I imagined a messed up 56 Buick, I was wrong, nicely done but would prefer less paint and more chrome. Bob H.
Painted bumpers is the reason the price is $11000 instead of $21000, I suppose. The chrome bill would have been killer on that car. Also, it would have looked a lot better IMHO.
I agree it would look better with chrome bumpers. That doesn't mean I don't still like it I think his treatment with a little chrome on the front looks pretty sweet as an alternative .
I dig it.. Chrome would be number 1, but it really looks good how it is.. $11000 isn't out there or dreamer price.. Being a 56, it has the 2 speed dynaflow right?
