Doesn't look too bad...I even know exactly where that is...if the price is in CDN $ then it's cheap for you guys a little south of there. He's just 5 minutes away from the border too.
Still be cheaper than doing a body-job... Nailheads are rare up here, so most of us accumulated a ton of parts whenever they came up back in the day. When I initially had my 67 Cat 15 years ago I had 3 spare engines laying around for it, - this was the pre-internet days. So this might not be an uncommon thing if the owner has had this thing for a while.
