A bit steep for being seized, but...yeah, it looks like a good body and if the extra powertrain is salvageable, it might not be a bad deal. Two door hardtop Centurys are still a desirable model.
That makes sense; a quick flip. Probably picked it up for about 4500-5500, and it looking to turn a quick buck on it. That would explain why the guy wants runner prices for a non-running car.
