I'd like one of these...OK, the seats look like they were liberated from a Ponton Mercedes...the rest looks solid, and the bodystyle is desirable...It's worth about $6K tops, he probably didn't want to take anything less than $8500.
Once again though, if you are going to dump a huge some of money restoring one of these, you are far better off doing a Roadmaster or Century as both will be more desirebale when done. Not that a 55 Super Riviera hardtop isn't desirable, but not as sought after as the other 2. If it has sentimental value etc, then that's a different story.
