1952 Special oil capacity.

    Just a quick question. I just got a 52 Buick Special, and I am wondering what the oil capacity is when doing an oil change.

    I think 5 1/2 QTs?

    I see someone online saying fill the filter, 4 quarts in the crankcase, and then start it and check the dipstick.

    Thanks, I have been getting mixed results online. One thing I read said 4 pounds, but I'm not sure how that converts to quarts.
