Actually could use 2. My car came with 15x7 steelies and poverty caps. Well, I have 3 wheels and one later style taxi wheel. My wheels are stamped WD 26 beside the valve stems.
I will check with a guy I know he had some a while ago and I had asked him about them for others on the board here and said he had them but would not get back to me so I will try again.
I'd be interested. Any way of seeing pics? My wheels have the small wheel center and the rally wheel style rim with a weird offset. Thanks, Tim
I have 3 different codes/styles of 15x7 steel wheels but none are the code you posted. Do your wheels look like this? If so, I have some of these and 2 other styles. Post a pic of yours and what your backspacing/rear offset is.
Set of 5 on E-Bay right now. 15 X 7 4-3/4 bolt pattern. Poverty caps included. All stamped FN at the valve stem. E-Bay # 280654346804
Sorry guys. I didn't get notified that you guys posted. 70GSXFAN, those are not the same as mine. The outside rim appears to have the same dimensions as 15x7 chrome ralley wheels. I'll try and get a pic tonight. My wife dropped our camera, so it doesn't work real good. The only other car I've seen them on was jj455's blue automatic stage car. I think rjohns gold car on his avatar also has the same wheels. Honestly, they're pretty ugly wheels. I'm not surprised I'm having a hard time finding them. I'm sure most of them were tossed out and replaced with chrome ralley wheels back in the day.
Well, I have the pics, but they're too big to load. I can't figure out how to resize them because we also have a new computer. Sometimes I hate technology.
Your computer should have Paint or similar photo editing program so you can resize them.....if not, email me and I will resize them. GStage1@BuickPerformance.com
thanks George. I think I figured it out. Ok, the silver wheel is the correct wheel for my car. Its a 15x7 with a 4" backspace. Notice the center section of the wheel is smaller diameter than the rusty black wheel which is also coded FN.
Tim, Quickest, easiest, cheapest solution....get a set(all 4) from an 80s B-body. All Buick, Pontiac and some Olds use the same wheel.....and they will be in much better condition (no rust pits/gouges/scrapes) I sold several sets from cars here in FL. See the attached pic for the dimension needed between the arrows.....some Olds models 88/98 have a slightly different dimension here versus the Buick/Pontiac versions.....quickest way for me to ID the correct wheels for you. I will be at the local yards on Friday morning.
The 15x7 wheels I have are around a 4.25" backspace but also have a deeper inset center with a deeper lip on the outside as well. Your picks look kinda like some 15x6 wheels I have as far as backspace and front lip but not the small center.
