Nope, Most Improved, the Cat took home the honors. Told you it was looking a LOT better than it was last year, and obviously I wasn't the only one who noticed!:beer

Congrats to the Puget Sound Chapter for pulling off another winner! This year was the first time in over 10 years that I didn't attend or even lend much of a hand in the planning. Unfortunately I am currently traveling back East for a family reunion. In the pics I see many cars that I haven't seen before. It is amazing that our little show can pull 150 Buicks out of the area's garages even when the weather might be iffy. Congratulations to all the class winners, to the chapter who pulls this feat off year after year and to the attendees who got to appreciate Flint's finest in the NW. I will be there next year. Sergeant Major, you'd better get cracking on that Wildcat if you want to retain the title of "Most Improved". Not that my 4 door Skylark is better than your Wildcat, it's just that I started with a much worse car than yours! In fact if I had brought it this year, it would not only given you a run for the money for "Most Improved" but still could win "Most Ambitious Project".

Thanks to Iroczlover for taking all the pictures at Puyallup - they really cover the feel of the whole day. The Puget Sound Chapter did a nice job in putting the meet together. Looking forward to next year.

Bring in on.... lol... we've got another year to get em ready... I would really enjoy seeing your Skylark.. in fact I would like to see some pics of it, and the progress.. I've still got a lot to do on the Cat as it is. I mean, does it ever end??? Naw, cause we always find something else..

As I am traveling, I don't have any pics with me. I'll return in a month. If I remember, I'll try to send you a PM with them then. I am on the high side of 50 as of tomorrow so my memory isn't the greatest. The 4 door is being resurrected to be a driver. It was a "take 2 cars and make 1" project after the last owner had a close encounter with a John Deere tractor. I now have the new frame under it and most all the sheet metal replaced. I just have to finish up welding in a few pieces around the rear window. Then I can reinstall the gas tank and fire it up. I have redone the interior and now that I have another year to get it ready, I may even slap some new paint on it. See you at a chapter meeting.

The only thing I had a problem with & its no ones fault but the city of Puyallup is there were things in the parking lot that shouldnt of been there.

The Condom next to Bruces car wasnt a pretty sight I think the city needs to be cleaning the parking lot better the night before & several hours before events like this.
