When it 90* air temp and i'm trying to pull in the water-box at 140*.
i'm tripping over myself to keep the car cool, why not just run it all the time at 185*?
    I'm only running a 12.05 1/4mile.
    Thoughts?

    Cheers!

Street car? No problem. When I run the Riv never worry about temp. The Regal is solid filled block so its a bit more critical + being consistent means doing the same ting the same way every time . I'll try to stage around 140 and by the times it gets back to the pit shes 180 / 200. with the electric fans and water pump it cool to the touch in 5 mins.

what's your oil temp at 140* water? That's what I would worry more about. Ideally you want the oil temp up around the 200*-210* and the water at 185* that's our target anyway. That's why you see us in the pits with the generator plugged into the oil heater.
