Olds 12 bolt usually has 10 bolt guts and bolt in axles has nothing in common to the chevy 12 bolt

NO need to fear. We have parts for the rear and it will be plenty strong.

Gear ratios available are 3.42 3.90 4.10 aftermarket.

I have reconditioned posi units OR brand new units also.

Every rear will be in about the same price range to build these days.

Just PM and will get you set-up.

It is nice to have the bolt in axles if your going to track it some so you do not have a accident on a broken axle shaft which is ALWAYS a possible happening when racing.

Pictured is most likely what your cover looks like.

YOU might want to check the rear to see the axle spline count...YOU could have a w-30 olds rear with 31 spline axles which are BIGGER than chevy axles. :)

ok jim ill count the splines and then have you quote me on a carrier 3.42 gears and posi maybe i wont let it go so quickly cause it is the one with oiled axle bearings not sealed(by #'s i'll check that too) #'s ive found show it should be 28 axle and 27 pinion ill check i know it is the 10 bolt ring gear for sure
