The main reason for coilovers on the front is to be able to adjust ride height. Now this will not look as cool but will give you 2" of adjustment. I remember using these on street stock oval track cars but have never seen them on a street car. They are not easy to adjust but it can be done. What do you think?
Basically an adjustable spacer that goes on top the spring. Not an easy install as it has to be trimmed to fit and then welded in. The you can screw the platform up and down.
QA1 makes an adjustable coilover for our cars. Yes it is more expensive, but very easy to adjust. 3" of adjustability makes them very attractive. I am adding these to my car over the winter. In my case after shedding close to 300 lbs. off the front of my car it sits ridiculously high. Steve
Its a weight jack, its used as an adjustable spacer on top of the the spring to put a bias on a particular side of the car for cornering in a roundy round car. You'd have to pull it out to adjust it.
