My rear was rebuilt recently, I had to have hubs OD machined for new disc conversion kit to be installed to fit so when I got rear back from shop the axles were not installed, when reinstalling axles (bolt in, non c-clip) the seals stick out about 1/4 ", is this normal? Is there a special tool to seat them?
DID you draw the retaining plate in against the seal yet? IF not try to thread the nuts and do it in a cris cross fashion to draw the seal in equal like. Jim
