  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

    Only a 12-pack? I don't think that guy has stopped drinking since he was 9 years old, the same year he dropped out of school. My vision is getting blurred just from reading that mess. Pretty sure I wouldn't want to witness any of his family reunions.

    So this ad can be a teaching moment as well. My 9 year old is learning about grammar and is having trouble understanding why it is important. I just made him try and read that. He got about three lines in and figured this guy was on something nasty.
    I'm hoping he now sees why it is so important to actually learn it and not to rely on Microsoft spell-check or grammar.

    Hear hear! Two things really bother me (actually, more than just two!), but they’re related. Poor communication skills and lack of cleanliness. For Christ’s sake, folks, unless you’re dyslexic, good grammar (not fastidious, teacherlike grammar, just the simpler stuff) is merely a function of reading. You simply pick it up, and decent reading material is available everywhere for next to nothing. Thrift stores, libraries and yard sales. I even grab stuff out of the recylcling bin at the dump when I drop off newspapers. And cleanliness? Soap is everywhere, and usually there are paper towels anywhere there’s soap. There’s no excuse for being dirty or ignorant.
    Rant concluded;

    This could be posted by some young young kid... the parents or grand parents are not "technical" so have the kid do it. Mind you that would mean they didn't proof read or worse DID.
