Hi Sean, hope things go from good to excellent in the near future ,praying for you and your family.Bruno and family.
Be patient. You're going about things with the right attitude. It takes time to build trust and confidence.
Yes brother, things are good! Flowers yes and lots of hunny do list stuff completed. Happy wife happy life hadn’t been my strategy but I’m turning over a new leaf. If I can just get my broken Yukon out of the garage she will be pleased to get her SUV back in her spot. The rear end self destructed so I’m re gearing to 4.10 while I’m in there. On a brighter note I listed my 75 Regal for sale, had a bunch of interest. The first guy who came to look tried to low ball me so I deleted the add and will keep it! Wife was impressed I was at least open to selling a car! Plus she’s supporting me keeping it which is nice, she’s never liked the old brown buick much.
Currently painting the rear end cover olive drab, will paint the whole Yukon with that once I get the custom steel winch bumpers installed. I like it. Had another with a 12” lift but the 6” is better overall.
Sean, when you get the paint mixed up for the body maybe get them to put a bit of metallic in it to give it some shine. Or are you going for more of a satin/ matte finish look? I too like the colour. It suits the 40's/ 50's Era cars quite nicely.
good idea but for this beater it will be rattle ran olive drab then hard core abuse off road and a touch up every second year LOL. Will dig up a pic of my old Yukon. I would like to do an old Jeep body on a custom frame with a 6.0, 6 speed auto and a turbo. Rear wheel drive death trap LOL
Prayers sent for you and your family Sean. If you both put in your 110% it will work out. Best of luck.
Well its been 4 months and we have made some progress and we are all living together as a family still! Keep praying!
